Obituary for Gregory H. Dise

Gregory H. Dise, of East Liverpool, passed away suddenly Tuesday, September 2, 2014 at the East Liverpool City Hospital Emergency Room. He was 66.

Born in East Liverpool, October 5, 1947, he was a son of Gladys Hough Dise of Martinez, Georgia and the late Homer “Red” Dise. He retired from Westvaco in Virginia where he was a forklift operator.

He is survived by two daughters, Maggie Wilson, and her husband Daniel, of East Liverpool and Molly Dise of Boardman, along with a sister Bonnie Gail McCauley, and her husband Donald, of Martinez, Georgia.

There are 5 grandchildren: Jontae Howard, Julian Rivera, Jayla Dise, Jayden Wilson, and Versai Brown as well as a niece Brandy McCauley and two nephews, Sean McCauley and Joshua McCauley.

In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by a grandson Jaxton Wilson, his aunt Bonnie Frazier, and his uncle, Leo “Lucky” Frazier.

A memorial service will be conducted at 1:30 p.m. Monday at the chapel at Locust Hill Cemetery. Burial will take place following the service.
