Surviving are two daughters and three sons: Rebecca “Becky” Cunningham and her husband, Mark; Melissa “Missy” Monte and her husband, Chris; Dwayne Fleming and his wife, Karla, all of East Liverpool; Clark Fleming of Ramseur, NC; and Michael “Mac” McDougle and his wife, Melinda, also of East Liverpool.

In addition to her parents and her husband, Ila was preceded in death by a grandson, Rancy D. Ferguson, and by a sister, Hazel Smith Scragg, and two brothers, Robert D. Smith, Sr. and Jesse L. Smith, Sr.

A Mass of Christian Burial will take place at Holy Trinity Parish at St. Aloysius Church at 10:00 a.m. Tuesday, with Father Dan Cippar as the celebrant. Ila will then be laid to rest at East Carmel Cemetery in Rogers.
