Obituary for Carl H. Touvelle
WEIRTON, WV – Carl H. Touvelle, of Weirton, formerly of East Liverpool, passed away Saturday, January 10, 2015 at Lifeline Hospital in Wintersville. He was 83.
Born in Glencoe, Ohio, May 13, 1931, he was a son of the late Howard P. and Alma Kirchner Touvelle. For 26 years he worked for General Motors at the Lordstown Plant. Previously, he had worked at Hall China.
He is survived by a daughter, Michelle Blaner, and her husband Kevin, of Newell, as well as a sister, Betty Russell, and her husband Richard, of Wellsville. There are two grandchildren, Kaitlin and Julian Blaner.
He was preceded in death by a brother, Lee Touvelle.
Evangelist Will Montgomery will conduct a funeral service at 2:00 p.m. Thursday at the Dawson Funeral Home. Friends may visit two hours prior to the service.
Burial will be at Columbiana County Memorial Park.
