Former East Liverpool resident Richard D. “Rick” Burlingame died unexpectedly on Monday, January 5, 2015 at his home in Aurora, Colorado. Rick, who was born and raised in East Liverpool, was 53.

He was a 1979 graduate of East Liverpool High School and received his college degree from Ohio University in 1983.
