Eileen R. Lawson Cochran, 80

SALEM, OHIO – Eileen R. Cochran, 80, of Lisbon, passed away Wednesday, July 1, 2015, at the Salem Hospital following a lengthy illness.

Born in Beaver Falls, Pennsylvania, April 10, 1935, she was a daughter of the late Bert and Sylvia Dickson Lawson. She lived in this area most of her life and was a devoted wife and homemaker.

Her husband, Clifford E. Cochran, preceded her in death on January 13, 1999. She was also preceded in death by a son, Scott A. Cochran in 2013, and two brothers.

Survivors include her daughter, Tammy Ferguson (Jeff Fisher), of Lisbon, her six sons, Clifford L. Cochran (Rhoda), of Columbiana, Rick E. Cochran, Robert C. Cochran, Daniel R. Cochran (Belinda), Ronald J. Cochran (Vickie), and Mark A. Cochran, all of Lisbon. There are 16 grandchildren and 28 great-grandchildren.

She also leaves behind a sister Twyla Lawson of Beaver Falls,
Pennsylvania.

Friends may visit on Friday at the Dawson Funeral Home where the family will be present from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. Evangelist Will Montgomery of the St. Clair Avenue Church of Christ will conduct a funeral service at 3:00 p.m. on Friday at the funeral home.

Burial will be at Columbiana County Memorial Park.
