Obituary for Mark Allen Willison

Mark A. Willison, 52

CALCUTTA – Mark A. Willison, of Calcutta, passed away Tuesday, September 15, 2015 at St. Elizabeth Hospital in Youngstown. He was 52.

Born in East Liverpool, June 18, 1963, he was a son of Thecil Gochenour Willison of Calcutta and the late Warren “Bud” Willison. He was a member of the Beaver Local High School Class of 1981.

He was a manager at the Chester Sparkle Market. Previously, he had worked for many years as a manager at the East Liverpool Giant Eagle.

Mark is survived by his son, Justin M. Willison of Calcutta, as well as 2 sisters, Vickie Ridgley and her husband, Don, of Calcutta, and Sheila Harpold of East Liverpool, and 2 brothers, Gary Willison of Dresden, Ohio and Mike Willison of East Liverpool.

In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by a brother Raymond Willison.

Friends may visit Friday afternoon and evening at the Dawson Funeral Home where the family will be present from 5 to 7 p.m. Rev. Mark Blakely will conduct a funeral service Saturday at 3:00 p.m. at the funeral home.

Burial will be at Columbiana County Memorial Park.
