HAZEL M. HECKATHORNE CANNON, 80

EAST LIVERPOOL – Hazel M. Heckathorne Cannon, longtime owner and operator of the former Dresden Avenue Dairy Queen, passed away at the East Liverpool City Hospital after a lengthy illness. She was 80.
