In addition to his mother, he is survived by his paternal grandfather, Raymond G. Campbell of East Liverpool, along with two paternal great-aunts: Verla Betteridge of East Liverpool, and Ruth Powell and her husband, Tom, of California, and a maternal uncle, Tom Colbert, Jr. and his wife, Marie, of Norman, OK.
