RONALD G. BOLTON, Jr., 58, OBITUARY

East Liverpool – Ronald G. Bolton, Jr., 58, of Coolidge Street passed away Monday, April 23, 2018 at 12:39 a.m. at the Lifeline Hospital in Wintersville following a lengthy illness.

Born February 22, 1960 in East Liverpool, he was a son of Ronald and Beverly Hull Bolton of East Liverpool. Ron was a 1978 graduate of East Liverpool High School and a veteran of the US Navy. Before becoming ill Ron was a millwright at Whemco Steel in Midland.

Survivors include his wife Toni Cruny at home, and three sisters, Rhonda Geer (Don) of Ashland, Ohio, Brenda Young (Mike) of Wellsville, and Paula Becker (Jim) of Statesboro, Georgia.

Ron is also survived by a brother Chris Bolton of Surprise, Arizona, and three grandsons, Michael Preston, Tyler Irwin and Dominic McHaulley. He was preceded in death by a brother Dale Bolton.

Friends may visit the family on Thursday from 4 to 8 p.m. at the Dawson Funeral Home. Pastor Vel Vais of the Glenmoor Presbyterian Church will conduct a funeral service at 11:00 am Friday at the funeral home where the Tri-State Veterans Burial Group will provide full military honors.

Following the service friends and family will gather at the Dawson Family Center for a time of fellowship. Burial will be in Columbiana County Memorial Park at a later date.
