Obituary for Anna Marie Ferguson (Grimm)

PITTSBURGH, PENNSYLVANIA – Anna Marie Ferguson, 53, of Pittsburgh formerly of East Liverpool claimed her place in Heaven on Tuesday, February 9, 2021 at UPMC Shadyside Hospital in Pittsburgh after a long battle with cancer.

Anna was born in Weirton, WV on May 27, 1967. Anna graduated from Kent State University with a bachelor degree in psychology. She worked as a psych counselor before her illness. Anna was a member of Friendship Gospel Tabernacle in East Liverpool. Her unwavering kindness will be missed by her family and many dear friends.

Preceding Anna in death were her grandson Jayden Carmen; three sisters Etta R. Hill, Marcia Wysoske and Lisa Shreve; father Harry Grimm; mother Kathleen (Smith) Hill and stepfather James F. Hill.

Left to cherish her memory are her daughter Holly Ferguson of Winchester, VA; son Alex Ferguson and his companion Cara Carmen of Pittsburgh, PA; companion Francis Graham of Pittsburgh, PA; four grandchildren Rihanna Butcher, Jewlyett King, Sterling Tomczak and Brayden Ferguson; three brothers James Hill, Harold Clark and Dave Clark and three sisters Cathy Grimm, Michelle Grimm and Marilyn Binder.

Friends may visit at the Dawson Funeral Home on Tuesday where the family will be present from 3 to 6 p.m. Pastor Amy Solomon will conduct a funeral service Tuesday 6 p.m. at the funeral home. In compliance with Ohio state regulations with concerns of the COVID-19 virus masks must be worn at all times in the funeral home.

Anna's was interred in the Penn Lincoln Memorial Mausoleum, 14679 Route 30, North Huntington, Pennsyovania 14679
