Obituary for Boneita C. "Bonnie" Maltarich
EAST LIVERPOOL, OHIO – Boneita C. “Bonnie” Maltarich, 90, of East Liverpool passed away Monday, April 25, 2022 at East Liverpool City Hospital.
Bonnie was born in East Liverpool on December 24, 1931 a daughter of the late Lamphier and Florence (Reinwald) Burton. She retired as a manger after having over 30 years of service from National Church Supply. Bonnie was a member of a bowling league. She enjoyed dancing, playing cards and going to casinos.
Preceding Bonnie in death were her husband Lee Edward Maltarich; daughter Becky Shannon; grandson Lorenzo Petrozzi and two brothers Fred and Burt Burton.
Left to cherish her memory are two sons Robert Parfitt and his wife Maria of East Liverpool and Fred Parfitt and his wife Sherry of Port Charlotte, FL; two daughters LeeAnn Petrozzi and her husband Larry of Lisbon and Tracy Rohling and her husband George of Port Charlotte, FL; five grandchildren Shelby Sprouse, Brennie Parfitt, Jena Schilling, Robert Shannon and Lacey Wendel; two step grandchildren Robert Rohling and Victoria Rohling; five great grandchildren Sophie Percic, Kirsten Goodman, Liana Shannon, Michael Duffy and Madison Schilling; five step great grandchildren Robert Rohling, Jr., Malachi Rohling, Clayton Edwards, Lillie Rohling and Arden Edwards; great great grandson ZáRaun McDowell; brother Gary Burton and his wife Charlotte of East Liverpool and son-in-law Ned Shannon of East Liverpool.
Friends may visit Wednesday at the Dawson Funeral Home where the family will be present from 5 to 7 p.m. Pastor Norm Eckert of Beechwood Free Methodist Church will conduct a funeral service Thursday 11 a.m. at the funeral home. Burial will follow at Riverview Cemetery.
