Obituary for Diana L. "Dee Dee" Howard
EAST PALESTINE, OHIO – Diana L. “Dee Dee” Howard, 60, of East Palestine passed away on Friday, December 16, 2022 at her home.
Dee Dee was born in East Liverpool, OH on June 24, 1962. She loved cooking and enjoyed bringing her family together with the meals she cooked. Dee Dee loved listening to 70’s classic rock music.
Preceding Dee Dee in death were her daughter Rikki Leigh Virden; father David Howard and half-brother Klaus-Peter Hoffmann.
Left to cherish her memory are her son Bobby Lipps and his wife Kalean of Alliance, OH; mother Sandra Smith of East Liverpool; two granddaughters Hayleigh Luttmers and her husband Ian of Seattle, WA and Harper Leigh Lipps of Alliance, OH; two brothers David Howard III of Weirton, WV and Brian Baumgarner of East Liverpool; three sisters Kelly Howard of Wellsville, Krysan Howard of Wellsville and Rae Howard of East Liverpool; two half-sisters Lynn Holshue of Lisbon, OH and Gabriele Hungerland of Germany and David Birch of East Palestine, OH.
Friends may visit at the Dawson Funeral Home on Wednesday where the family will be present from 2 to 4 p.m. Minister CeCe Douglas will conduct a service at the funeral home on Wednesday at 4 p.m.
