Delaware, Ohio- Diane D. Palmer, 79, of Pin Oak Place passed away Wednesday, March 24, 2021 at 11:45 a.m. at her residence.
Born April 3, 1941 in Chicago, Illinois, she was the daughter of the late Willard and Clara Jane Davies Palmer.
She was a retired schoolteacher from the Hilliard Public School System. A graduate of Otterbein College where she earned her Master’s Degree in French, Spanish and Business.
After a private service, she will be buried in Riverview Cemetery.
The Dawson Funeral Home of East Liverpool, Ohio is in charge of all local arrangements.
