Obituary for Diane L. Miller

Diane L. Miller, 70

SALEM, OH - Diane L. Miller, of East Palestine, passed away Monday, July 29th, 2019 at Salem Regional Medical Center following a lengthy illness. She was 70.

Born in Fairmont, West Virginia, December 29, 1948, she was a daughter of the late Jack and Leona Tennent Miller. She had worked as an administrative assistant at one time but enjoyed her time as a hairstylist the most where she loved visiting and helping her customers.

She is survived by two sons, Shane Hoppel and his wife, Mary, of Lisbon, and Brandon Hoppel and his wife, Suzanne, of Calcutta. There are three grandchildren: Vincent Hoppel, Sabrina Hoppel and Nicholas Hoppel.

She is also survived by three brothers: Robert Miller and his wife, Mary Lou, of Georgia, Jack Miller and Richard Miller, both of Florida.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a brother Gary Miller.

A graveside service will be held at a later date at Miracle Run Cemetery in Wana, West Virginia. The Dawson Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.

Memorial tributes may take the form of contributions in care of the Boys and Girls Clubs of America, 1275 Peachtree Street NE, Atlanta, GA 30309-3506 or a charity of one’s choice.
