Obituary for Duane Scott
WEST POINT, OHIO – Duane L. Scott, 74, of Guy Road passed away Friday evening, September 16, 2022, at his home following a lengthy illness.
Born in Salem, March 2, 1948, he was a son of the late Ray and Marjorie Esther Archinal Scott. A resident of the area all his life, he worked as a truck driver for over 50 years. He was a member of the Lisbon 1st United Methodist Church.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Linda Kay Scott, on December 24, 2018. The couple married June 29, 1978.
Survivors include two sons, William Tucker and his wife, Lisa, and Aaron Tucker and his companion, Amie, all of West Point, as well as seven grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. He also leaves behind a sister, Bonnie Black and her husband, Leonard, of New Waterford, and two brothers, Dennis Scott and his wife, Dolores, of Washingtonville, and Robert Scott and his wife, Linda, of Winona.
A private burial will be at Columbiana County Memorial Park.
