Obituary for Earla Dale Newlen (Hensley)
East Liverpool, Ohio – Earla D. Newlen, 78, of East Liverpool passed away Thursday, March 7, 2019 at her home following valiant battle with cancer.
Earla was born in Irondale on May 20, 1940 a daughter of the late James and Thelma I. (Brammer) Hensley. She was one of Jehovah’s Witnesses. Earla loved her family and always put them first.
Earla was preceded in death by her husband Carl E. Newlen, Sr. and son Carl E. Newlen, Jr.
Surviving are her daughters Jana (John) Fitzsimmons of East Liverpool and Carin Weaver of Wintersville; six grandchildren Calandra, Logan, Sawyer, Sam, Bayley and Tristen and seven great grandchildren Desmond, Dexter, Declan, Carver, Sayla, Casey and Lane.
A private service was held at the convenience of the family. Arrangements entrusted to the Dawson Funeral Home.
