Esther Rose Volino, 85
WELLSVILLE – Esther Rose Volino, of Wellsville, passed away Friday, December 25, 2020 at her home. She was 85.
Born in Wellsville, December 27, 1934, she was a daughter of the late Raymond F. Culp and Anna Mae Roseberry Rish. A resident of this area all her life, she was a member of the Wellsville High School Class of 1953. She was Catholic by faith.
She is survived by her husband of 66 years, James J. Volino, Sr., at home. There are two children: a daughter Jayne Rose and her husband, Doug, of Wellsville, and a son, James J. Volino, Jr. of Wellsville. She will be fondly remembered by her two grandchildren: Shayne Rose and his wife, Kiley, and Aubrey Carr and her husband, Josh, and four great-grandchildren: Brody, Max, Ari and Jameson. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews including four whom she was very close with: Debbie Volino, Bob Morehead, Cindy Zelasko, and Pam Shoub.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by two brothers: Blaine and Bill Rish, and three sisters, Etura Beadle, Betty Jane Salsberry and Anna Mae Morehead.
Due to the Coronavirus, there will be no visitation or service. The Dawson Funeral Home was entrusted with arrangements.
Burial will be at Spring Hill Cemetery in Wellsville.
