The Memorial Candle Program has been designed to help offset the costs associated with the hosting this Tribute Website in perpetuity. Through the lighting of a memorial candle, your thoughtful gesture will be recorded in the Book of Memories and the proceeds will go directly towards helping ensure that the family and friends of Ethel Waggle can continue to memorialize, re-visit, interact with each other and enhance this tribute for future generations.

Condolences

Condolence From: (on behalf of) Helen Lee Barnhart
Condolence: Helen has Alzheimer's and other memory destroying dementias. But when I asked her if she remembered Ethel Mae Waggle, her eyes lit up and she said, "of course I do!" Helen and Ethel Mae were PTA buddies. Jeanne and Shari (me) were in the same grade and Susie and Cynthia were, too. Jeanne and Shari were friends and playmates. I spent lots of time at the Waggle house.

Our family, including Shari, Cynthia and Donna Barnhart, are sad for Ethel Mae's loss. She left behind a legacy of kindness and friendship and love. Our condolences to her family.

Condolence: My sympathy and prayers to the family of Mrs. Waggle. She was my 3rd grade teacher at the old 4th Street School in Newell. She was always so sweet and kind with all her students and encouraged us to be avid readers.

Condolence: Hello Susie and Jeanne,

I'm so sad to hear of Aunt Ethel Mae's passing. She was always such a gentle, sweet soul.

My dad made quite a few home movies back in the late 40's of Waggle gatherings that include nice clips of your mom and dad. If you would like copies, just email me your addresses and I'll be glad to burn copies for you both.

Again, my condolences to you both. She is in God's hands.

Regards,
Gracie Hamilton Kinkopf
