Flo Miller, 68
EAST LIVERPOOL – Flo Miller, of East Liverpool, passed away suddenly Sunday, June 20, 2021, at UPMC Presbyterian Hospital in Pittsburgh. She was 68.
Born in East Liverpool, March 31, 1953, she was a daughter of the late Charles Higgins, Sr. and Alice M. Wooley Higgins. A lifetime area resident, she was a member of the East Liverpool High School Class of 1972 and attended Hope Christian Fellowship where she was active in the children’s ministry. She retired from Hall China Company.
She was preceded in death by her husband, William E. “Bill” Miller on April 16, 2020. The couple married August 20, 1980. There are two sons, Michael P. Higgins of East Liverpool, and Will Miller of Dallas, Texas. Two sisters survive as well, Sheila Hoffman and her husband, Huff, and Karen Bott and her husband, Howard, and a brother, Charles Higgins, Jr., all of East Liverpool.
In addition to her husband and parents, she was preceded in death by a brother, Richard W. Higgins.
Pastor Mike Ross will conduct a funeral service Thursday at 1:00 p.m. at the Dawson Funeral Home. Friends may visit two hours prior to the service.
Burial will be at Columbiana County Memorial Park.
