Obituary for Franklin John Conrad
EAST LIVERPOOL, OHIO – Franklin J. Conrad, 77, of East Liverpool passed away on Thursday, November 3, 2022 at his home.
Franklin was born in Lancashire, England on August 19, 1945 a son of the late Franklin J. and Elizabeth (Rankin) Conrad. He worked as a mechanic at Howard’s Transmission. Franklin enjoyed working on cars in his son’s garage, riding motorcycles and assembling model cars. He also enjoyed his many women. He really loved his grandchildren and enjoyed being around them.
Preceding Franklin in death were his sister Susan Conrad and three grandchildren Brittany, Tyler and Holly Conrad.
Left to cherish his memory are his daughter Sonia Reed of East Liverpool; son William Conrad and his wife Janet of East Liverpool; five grandchildren Johnathan Conrad and his wife Katlyn, Hope Conrad, Misty Conrad, Kristlyn Conrad and Josh Conrad and his wife Kylie; four sisters Linda Conrad of East Liverpool, Georgie Lapresto of Steubenville, OH, Irene Morelli of Steubenville, OH and Sandy Monroe of Salineville and many great grandchildren.
Friends may visit at the Dawson Funeral Home on Sunday where the family will be present from 1 to 5 p.m.
