Obituary for Harvey L. "Mack" Lampkin Jr.

BEAVER FALLS, PENNSYLVANIA – Harvey L. “Mack” Lampkin, Jr., 73, of Beaver Falls, PA passed away Tuesday, July 30, 2019 at his home.

Harvey was born in East Liverpool on December 3, 1945 a son of the late Harvey L. and Dorothy L. (Crooms) Lampkin, Sr. Harvey was a graduate of the first class of Western Beaver High School in 1964. He picked the school colors. Harvey was a truck driver for many years and retired from Emerald Express. He was loved by many and respected by all who knew him.

Preceding Harvey in death were his 1st grandson Aaron Yonlisky and 3rd wife Patricia (Bechtel) Lampkin.

Left to cherish his memory are his wife and friend of 50 years Darlene Lampkin; two sons Harvey L. Lampkin III and his wife Judy of Atlanta, GA and Ryan Lampkin of Beaver Falls; three daughters Bonnie Yoho and her husband Jason of New Brighton, Clarissa “Crisy” Lampkin-Oravitz of Jacksonville, FL and Christina Lampkin-Rhodes of Atlanta, GA; beloved sister Barbara Ruane of Woodbridge, VA; devoted niece Alicia Taylor and her husband Sam of Woodbridge, VA; eight grandchildren; four great grandchildren and 1st wife Meami Lampkin of Atlanta, GA. He is also survived by Glenn Haskins of Florida and Kenneth Haskins of New Brighton, PA who considered him as their father.

Friends and family may visit Saturday at the Dawson Funeral Home where the family will be present from 2 to 5 p.m. There will be a celebration of life service Saturday at 5 p.m. at the funeral home.
