BEAVER, PENNSYLVANIA – James G. “Jimmy” Brant, 58, of Monaca, Pennsylvania passed away Saturday, January 2, 2021 at Heritage Valley Health System in Beaver.
Jimmy was born in East Liverpool on May 18, 1962. He was a member of First Church of the Nazarene. He worked in the produce department at Kuhn’s Market. Jimmy was an avid Steelers and Penguins fan and enjoyed watching sports with his dad. He enjoyed watching the sunset. Jimmy loved spending time with his parents, kids and grandkids.
Left to cherish his memory are his father Jim Brant and his wife Connie of East Liverpool; mother Nancy Farinacci of East Liverpool; children Nicole Shearer and her husband Matthew of Hanover, PA; Ashley Vorhes and her husband Brandon of Washington, PA, Sarah LaFlam of Steubenville, OH, Mathew Carriker of Salineville, OH and Justin Brant and his wife Rachel of Beaver, PA; ten grandchildren Brennen, Owen, Gavin, Gracynne, Colton, Logan, Paige, Ryan, Caiden and Aurora; sister Lisa Jones of Mountain Home, ID; niece Allyson Marsh and her husband Lucas of Meridian, ID and two great nieces Oakleigh and Emersyn Marsh.
Friends may visit at the Dawson Funeral Home on Wednesday where the family will be present from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. Pastor Norm Eckert of Beechwood Free Methodist Church will conduct a funeral service Wednesday 12 p.m. at the funeral home. In compliance with Ohio state regulations with concerns of the COVID-19 virus masks must be worn at all times in the funeral home.
