James W. Lowe, 44
EAST LIVERPOOL – James W. Lowe, of East Liverpool, passed away Wednesday, May 13, 2020 at his home while surrounded by his loving family. He was 44.
Born in East Liverpool, April 11, 1976, he was a son of Nancy Cunningham Lowe of Chester and the late Keith W. Lowe. He was a resident of this area all his life.
In addition to his mother, he is survived by his wife, Traci A. Lowe, at home. The couple married April 7, 2012. There are six children: Austin Williston (Amanda), Katie Lowe (Jason), Cody Williston (Jaclyn), Sierra Williston, AJ Lowe (Morgan), and Haylee-Jo Albaneso, and a sister, Amy Duffield (William Pugh). He will also be fondly remembered by many nieces, nephews, aunts and uncles.
He also is survived by seven grandchildren: Carmah, Brooklynn, Emily, Aelin, Freya, Andrew and Bailee.
In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by a sister Monica Lowe.
Pastor Rusty Williams will conduct a memorial service Saturday, May 16, at 1:00 p.m. at his mother’s home, 12 Rice Run Road, Chester, West Virginia, where a luncheon will follow.
