LISBON, OHIO – Jason N. “Jake” Smith of Lisbon, Ohio passed away October 3, 2022 at his home.
Jake was born on March 18, 1972 in East Liverpool. He liked watching television, fishing and walking in the woods.
Left to cherish his memory are his parents Norman and Tina Smith of Lisbon; sister Kimberly Timmons of Lisbon; brother Chad Smith of Lisbon; two nephews Chase Smith and Jesse Timmons and niece Kenzie Baker.
A private service was held at the convenience of the family. Arrangements have been entrusted to the Dawson Funeral Home.
In lieu of flowers memorial donations in memory of Jake may be directed to a mental health facility of the donor’s choice.
