Joyce D. Berdine, 77
EAST LIVERPOOL - Joyce D. Berdine, of East Liverpool, passed away suddenly Sunday morning, February 5th, 2023 at East Liverpool City Hospital. She was 77.
Born in East Liverpool, a daughter of the late Ross Neville and Dorothy Southall Adams. A lifetime area resident, she was a homemaker and also co-owned Berdine’s where she worked alongside of her husband for many years. Together, they also own Lena’s Lounge.
She is survived by her husband, Robert A. “Bob” Berdine, Sr., at home. The couple married November 14, 1962. She also leaves behind three daughters, Dorothy “Dee” Eddy, Billie Jo Ward and her husband, Ivan Paul, and Lena Kay Berdine, all of East Liverpool, and two sons, Robert A. Berdine, Jr. of East Liverpool, and Ralph E. Berdine of Elwood City, Pennsylvania. There are 16 grandchildren, and many great-grandchildren.
She is also survived by a sister, Patty Rickerd and her husband, Casey, of East Liverpool.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a sister, Sandra Neville and a brother, James Neville.
Burial will be at Columbiana County Memorial Park. The Dawson Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements and have been completed.
