Joyce A. Ryan Ruble, 86
EAST LIVERPOOL – Joyce A. Ryan Ruble, of East Liverpool, passed away Thursday evening, October 28, 2021, at the Valley Oaks Care Center. She was 86.
Born in Wellsville, October 22, 1935, she was a daughter of the late Edward J. and Florence Hulme Ryan. A wife and mother, she was a member of Holy Trinity Parish.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Richard T. Ruble, on November 22, 2013. She was also preceded in death by four sisters, Patricia McFarland, Mary Davis, Margaret Thomas and Becky Merriman, as well as four brothers, Edward Ryan, Richard “Dick” Ryan, James P. Ryan and Donald K. Ryan.
Left to cherish her memory are her children, a daughter, Luann Ruble of East Liverpool, and a son, Greg Ruble of Lisbon.
Burial will be at Columbiana County Memorial Park. The Dawson Funeral Home has been entrusted with arrangements.
