Obituary for Judith D. "Judy" Cochran (Goleno)

EAST LIVERPOOL, OHIO - Judith D. ‘Judy” Cochran, 79, of East Liverpool passed away on Monday, March 23, 2020 at UPMC Presbyterian Hospital in Pittsburgh with her family by her side.

She was born October 5, 1940 in Irondale a daughter of the late Arthur “Tudor” and Lula Arlene Goleno.

Judy was an avid bowler in her younger years. She enjoyed spending time with her husband watching sprint car racing throughout the State of Ohio. The joy of her life was her grandsons and great grandchildren. Judy was the owner and operator of Ann-Lu Carry Out and J&B Pizza and Ice Cream.

Preceding her in death were her son Robert Scott ‘Scottie” Hall and two brothers Arthur David and John Wayne Goleno.

Left to cherish her memory are her husband of 43 years, whom she married September 3, 1976, Robert O. “Bob” Cochran; son John D. Hall and his wife Lisa of East Liverpool; three daughters Rebecca Covert and her husband Ralph Widger II of Lisbon, Terrie Lynn Wright and her husband David of East Liverpool and Kathy Jo Daniel of East Liverpool; four grandsons Richard Lee Hall and his fiancée Jacki Ferguson of Wellsville, David Dean Daniel of East Liverpool, Justin Robert Cochran and his wife Kaylynn of East Liverpool and Christian Robert Hall and his significant other Dee Wissner of Bellevue, PA and three great grandchildren Ellisabeth Cochran, Eliyas Cochran and Alexa Call.
