Lisa Ann Chambers, 54
MIDDLEBURG, OH – Lisa Ann Chambers, of Berea, Ohio, formerly of Cadiz and East Liverpool, passed away Saturday, March 5, 2016 following a lengthy illness. She was 54.
Born in East Liverpool, March 12, 1962, she was a daughter of the late Donald H. and Elizabeth McGonigal Chambers.
She is survived by a sister, Suzanne Crawford, of West Salem, Ohio, and one brother, Thomas Chambers, of Dallas, Texas.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a brother Donald J. “Jeff” Chambers.
Arrangements were entrusted to the Dawson Funeral Home.
