Obituary for Lori Ferrainolo (Hunley)

Lori Ferrainolo, 61

WEIRTON – Lori Hunley Ferrainolo, of East Liverpool, passed away Friday evening, October 2, 2020 at Weirton Medical Center following a lengthy illness. She was 61.

Born in East Liverpool, July 29, 1959, she was a daughter of the late Ermal L. and Patricia Ann Dobbs Hunley. She graduated from Newberry High School in South Carolina and later studied occupational therapy at Kent State University. She worked as an occupational therapy assistant at Greenbrier Rehab in Boardman for 26 years until her retirement. She attended the Destiny House in Calcutta.

She is survived by her husband, David Ferrainolo. The couple married June 9, 2007. Also left to cherish her memory are a son, Chad Ryan Daniel Hunley of East Liverpool, a step-son and nephew, Dathan Ferrainolo and his wife, Corinn, of South Carolina, a step-daughter and niece, Kalila McAndrew and her husband, Seth, of South Carolina, one granddaughter, Audrey Hunley, and six step-grandchildren, Torin McAndrew, Tavia McAndrew, Kio McAndrew, Ryker Ferrainolo, Lillia Ferrainolo, and Elyson Ferrainolo two sisters, Beth Ann Perenovich of South Carolina, and Tammy Kaneski and her husband, William, of Florida, as well as an adopted sister, Wendy Hunley of East Liverpool.

Friends may visit Tuesday evening at the Dawson Funeral Home where the family will be present from 5 to 8 p.m. Pastor David Willey will conduct a funeral service Wednesday at 10:30 a.m. at the funeral home. Masks and social distancing are required.

Burial will be at Columbiana County Memorial Park.
