EAST LIVERPOOL, OHIO – Marilyn Sue Bourne, 66, of East Liverpool passed away Monday, December 27, 2021 at East Liverpool City Hospital after a courageous fight with ALS.
Marilyn was born in East Liverpool on March 14, 1955 a daughter of the late James D. and Madeleine G. (Means) Morgan. She worked at East Liverpool City Hospital as a STNA Patient Attendant. She also worked at Sterling China for 22 years then Allegheny Valley Schools. Marilyn was an avid fisherman and Cleveland Browns fan. She was a loving wife, mom and grams and enjoyed spending time with her family.
Left to cherish her memory are her husband of 32 years, whom she married April 1, 1989, Daniel R. Bourne, Sr.; daughter Melissa McCauley and her husband Jim of Wellsville; son Joe Molnar and his fiancée Diana Mandel of Portland, OR; stepdaughter Deanna Lynn Bourne of East Liverpool; step son Daniel R. Bourne, Jr. and his wife Heidi of East Liverpool; ten grandchildren Trip McCauley, Marshall McCauley, River McCauley, Macie Bourne, Dani Bourne, Courtney Elliott, Haley Elliott, Ali Elliott, Robbie Elliott and Hunter Mandel; brother Donald Morgan and his wife Janice of Myrtle Beach, SC and two sisters Shirley Mutchler and her husband Gene of Victoria, TX and Celeste Morgan of Victoria, TX.
Friends may visit Tuesday at the Dawson Funeral Home where the family will be present from 1:30 to 2:30 p.m. A celebration of life will be celebrated Tuesday at 2:30 p.m. at the funeral home with Pastor Norm Eckert officiating. The family request that everyone please wear a mask due to COVID 19.
Following the service, family and friends will gather at the Dawson Family Center for fellowship.
