Obituary for Marjorie L. "Marge" Ash
Marjorie L. Ash, 76
EAST LIVERPOOL – Marjorie L. Ash, of East Liverpool, passed away suddenly Wednesday morning, April 1, 2020 at Heritage Valley Beaver. She was 76.
Born in East Liverpool, she was a daughter of the late Chester M. and Lillian Lynne Price Brown. A member of the East Liverpool High School Class of 1961, she then graduated from Westminster College where she studied education. Marge taught English in the Edison Local School District until her retirement.
A member of the First United Methodist Church for many years, she was a member of the Bell Choir. Marge was also a member of the Helen Gould Literary Club and an avid Bridge player.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert L. Ash on May 9, 2005. The couple married October 20, 1972. She was also preceded in death by her sister, Barbara Reed.
Her daughter survives, Lindsay Ash and her husband, Ron Braverman, of California.
A memorial service will take place at a later date when family and friends can attend. Burial was at Riverview Cemetery.
Memorial tributes may take the form of contributions in care of the First United Methodist Church Memorial Fund.
