Condolence: Dear Chuck and Family...Condolences concerning Mom.Your Mom was apart of my life...in East Liverpool..she was concerned about what I was doing and put up with all our situations..in junior high and high school. She never was negative always positive....Its because of that...I always called her Mrs. Winters. Linda and my Mother...sent their respects also..
