Obituary for Monica S. Lowe

Monica S. Lowe, 53

CHESTER – Monica S. Lowe, of Chester, passed away suddenly Monday, April 27, 2020 at Aultman Hospital in Canton. She was 53.

Born in East Liverpool, March 22, 1967, she was a daughter of Nancy Cunningham Lowe and the late Keith W. Lowe. A resident of this area all her life, at one time she worked at the Pittsburgh International Airport. She was a member of the Salem High School Class of 1985 and attended Hope Christian Fellowship in Wellsville. Monica loved to shop at Walmart with her best friend Tammy Brock. She also enjoyed plastic canvas crafts and video chats with her friends.

In addition to her mother, she is survived by a sister, Amy Duffield and her companion, William Pugh, of Chester, and a brother, James Lowe and his wife, Traci, of East Liverpool. She will also be fondly remembered by her many nieces, nephews, aunts and uncles, and her best friend Tammy Brock.

Pastor Rusty Williams will conduct a memorial service Saturday at 1:00 pm at the family home, 12 Rice Run Road, Chester, West Virginia, where a luncheon will follow.
