Obituary for Nancy Brunner

Nancy Kidder Brunner, 72

EAST LIVERPOOL – Nancy Kidder Brunner, of Duke Road, Calcutta, passed away Tuesday morning, March 31, 2020 at her home. She was 72.

Born in East Liverpool, November 4, 1947, she was a daughter of the late Woodrow “Woody” and Grace Berhman Kidder. A lifetime area resident, she worked at East Liverpool City Hospital and The Review. She was Protestant by faith.

She is survived by her husband, Waldon “Pete” Brunner, at home. The couple married March 7, 1992. She is also survived by a son, Michael Smallridge and his wife, Kay, of Calcutta, a step-son, William Brunner and his wife, Helen, of East Liverpool, and a step-daughter, Christy Hughes and her husband, Bill, of Wellsville, along with six grandchildren, Alec Smallridge, Jillan Smallridge, Bub Brunner, Justin Burner, Rebecca Freeman and her husband, John, and Crystal Byers and her husband, Aaron.

She also leaves a sister, Grace Reed, as well as a brother, Walter E. Kidder, both of East Liverpool.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a son, Robert Smallridge, a sister, Alberta Williams, and two brothers, James Kidder and Karmen “Bill” Kidder.
