Nicholas H. Olesnanik, 81
EAST LIVERPOOL – Nicholas H. “Nick” Olesnanik, of Alliance, formerly of East Liverpool, passed away Saturday evening, January 9, 2021 at St. Elizabeth Hospital in Boardman. He was 81.
Born in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, November 26, 1939, he was a son of the late James and Virginia E. Heilman Olesnanik. Nick worked as a truck driver and later owned and operated the former Anthony’s Pizza in East Liverpool.
He is survived by his wife, Chryl McClelland Olesnanik. The couple married May 1, 1982. He is also survived by two stepsons, Christopher Hughes and his wife, Mary, of Denham Springs, Louisiana, and Kevin Hughes and his wife, Kathy, of East Liverpool. There are five grandchildren.
He also leaves a brother, James Olesnanik and his wife, Sandy, of California.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, John Olesnanik.
Arrangements have been entrusted to the Dawson Funeral Home and have been completed.
