Obituary for Penny Elaine Pyles (Dailey)
East Liverpool, Ohio- Penny Elaine Pyles, 65, of Main Street, East Liverpool passed away Friday, July 2, 2021 at 10:08 p.m. in the Emergency Room at the East Liverpool City Hospital following a brief illness.
Born November 15, 1955 in East Liverpool, she was a daughter of the late Raymond “Red” and Marjorie Bigwin Dailey.
A lifetime area resident, she had worked at City Loan in East Liverpool for over 35 years. She was a proud member of the Tri-County 4 Wheelers Club.
Penny leaves behind two sons, Thomas “Pete” Pyles and his wife, Nicole of Rogers, Ohio and Chris Pyles and his companion Tiffany DeVille of East Liverpool, Ohio; and two grandchildren, Brody Pyles and Aubree Pyles.
In addition, she leaves behind her life companion, Russ Lanterman of Salem, Ohio; and two brothers, Morley Marsden and his wife, Alice of Daytona, Florida and Jim Dailey and his wife, Patty of Rogers, Ohio.
Besides her parents, she was also preceded in death by one sister, Rita “Sis” Johnston and her husband, Uncle Al Johnston.
Friends may visit the family on Thursday from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. at the Dawson Funeral home in East Liverpool, Ohio. Joe Thomas of The Church of Christ of Mt. Gilead will officiate a funeral service on Friday at 10:00 a.m. at the funeral home.
Burial will be in Clarkson Cemetery.
