Obituary for Robert L. Davis
COLUMBUS, OHIO – Robert L. Davis, 89, of Lewis Center formerly of 1284 Sunnyside East Liverpool, Ohio passed away Wednesday, June 24, 2020 at Willow Brook Christian Home in Columbus, Ohio.
Bob was born in West Union, WV on October 3, 1930. Bob retired as a District Manager from Equitable Life Insurance Company where he worked for 31 ½ years. He proudly served as a corporal in the US Army during the Korean Conflict. Bob was a member of East Liverpool First Church of Christ. He was also a lifetime member of VFW Post 66.
Preceding Bob in death were his father Guy Davis; mother Bessie (Scott) Ramsey and half-brother Harry Ramsey.
Left to cherish his memory are his wife of 70 years Margie Ann (Densmore) Davis; two daughters Nancy Vishak and her husband Jack of Columbus, OH and Rebecca Perorazio and her husband David of Powell, OH; son Jeff Davis and his wife Carmen of The Villages, FL; seven grandchildren John Vishak and his wife Charlotte, Michael Vishak, Jeffrey Vishak and his wife Andrea, Rebecca Saleh and her husband Hassan, Alexander Perorazio, Lee Ann Perorazio and Daniel Perorazio and two great grandchildren Ali and Ava Saleh.
