Obituary

Obituary for Robert H. Turner

LISBON – Robert H. Turner, of Cream Ridge Road, passed away Friday morning, February 7, 2020 at the Salem Regional Medical Center surrounded by his loving family. He was 60.

Born in East Liverpool on January 5, 1960 a son of the late Robert L. and Aileen R. (Reese) Turner. A resident of this area all his life. He was employed at Heritage Thermal Services (WTI) as an industrial mechanic since 1993 and previously worked at Homer Laughlin China Company as a mechanic. He was a member of the Beaver Local High School Class of 1978 and attended Jeff Tech in Steubenville.

Bobby was an exceptional husband and father as well as a true friend to all who knew him. He always looked out for the underdog and was concerned with others welfare. He was an avid Steeler enthusiast who enjoyed watching the games in his “MAN CAVE” with family and friends as well as atv rides and the outdoors. His family will dearly miss his love, laughter, sense of humor and zest for life.

Left to cherish his memory are his wife Linda Stoneburner-Turner, whom he married April 6, 1985; daughter Brooke Turner at home; son Dustin Turner of East Liverpool and two sisters Patty Musuraca of Louisville, KY and Becky Barnes of Johnstown, OH.

Friends may visit Tuesday afternoon and evening at the Dawson Funeral Home where the family will be present from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Pastor Larry Rose will conduct a funeral service Wednesday at 12 p.m. at the funeral home.

Burial will be at Columbiana County Memorial Park.
