Russell W. Fiest, 62
EAST LIVERPOOL – Russell W. Fiest, of East Liverpool, passed away Sunday morning, May 17, 2020 at his home while surrounded by his loving family. He was 62.
Born in New Martinsville, West Virginia, May 23, 1957, he was a son of the late Donald and Freda Williams. A member of the Oak Glen High School Class of 1975, for 25 years he worked at Sand and Gravel in Newell. Recently, he worked at TMS International in Girard.
He is survived by his wife, Penny Beadnell Fiest, at home. The couple married April 6, 1984. He is also survived by a daughter, Nicole Wilson and her husband, Danny, of North Lima, and a son, Joshua Fiest and his wife, Roxanne, of East Liverpool. There are four grandsons, Austin, Joshua Tyler, Brody and Cooper.
He is also survived by his brothers and sisters: William Wells (Rosalie), David Wells (Kathy), Donna Bailey, Roger Fiest (Mary), Cathy Farrabee (David), Neil Williams (Cindy) and Fred Wells (Mary).
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death two brothers, Lloyd Wells and Bill Evans.
