Obituary for Sally A. Barnes (Moore)
EAST LIVERPOOL, OHIO – Sally A. Barnes, 71, of Wellsville passed away Saturday, December 28, 2019 at East Liverpool City Hospital. She was born in East Liverpool on January 26, 1948 a daughter of the late Donald Ranzo and Eleanor (Mort) Moore.
Preceding Sally in death was a twin sister Carol Sue Moore.
Left to cherish her memory are her daughter Julie Gatrell and her husband Jeff of Wellsville; grandson Kyle Gatrell of Wellsville; granddaughter Kristen Gatrell of Wellsville and her beloved chihuahua Riley Jo.
A graveside service will be held at Columbiana County Memorial Park Tuesday at 2 p.m. with Rev. Norm Eckert officiating. Arrangements entrusted to Dawson Funeral Home
