Obituary for Sandra Lee Perkins (Siddall)
East Liverpool, Ohio – Sandra L. Perkins, 78, of 7th Avenue passed away Thursday, July 4, 2019 at East Liverpool City Hospital at 1:56 a.m. after a lengthy illness.
Sandra was born in East Liverpool, Ohio on October 10, 1940 a daughter of the late John and Evelyn McKinley Siddall. She was a graduate of East Liverpool Local High School Class of 1958. She was retired from the East Liverpool School System. She was a member of the St. Clair Avenue Church of Christ.
Surviving is her husband Richard A. Perkins of 62 years, whom she married May 25, 1957. There are three daughters Robin Sinclair and her husband, Stephen of Fairmont, WV, Debbie Bryan and her husband, Jay of East Liverpool and Jamie Perkins of East Liverpool; There are five grandchildren Jennifer Russell and her husband, James, Stacey Kinsey and her husband, Jake, Gianna Davie, Stephen Sinclair III and Nicholas Sinclair; as well as six great- grandchildren Gabrielle and Isaiah Russell, and Noah, Maxwell, Jace and Brady Kinsey.
In addition, she leaves behind one sister, Rosemary Priester.
Sandra was preceded in death by her son Richard W. “Rick” Perkins on August 19, 2007; and three sisters, Virginia Casey, Evelyn Wilson and JoAnn Robinson and one brother, Tom Siddall.
Friends may visit the family on Saturday from 3:00 to 4:00 pm at the Dawson Funeral Home in East Liverpool, Ohio.
Evangelist Will Montgomery of the St. Clair Avenue Church of Christ will conduct a celebration of life at 4:00pm Saturday at the funeral home.
Burial will be in Columbiana County Memorial Park.
Immediately following the service family and friends will gather at the Dawson Family Center.
