Obituary for Sandy Shultz
East Liverpool, Ohio- Sandra Kay “Sandy” Shultz, 71, of Milbourne Avenue passed away Sunday, October 24, 2021 at 11:59 p.m. at her residence following a lengthy illness.
Born in Salem, Ohio on May 15, 1950, she was a daughter of the late Charles F. and Donnis Kibler Hansen. She spent most of her lifetime in this area working as a homemaker. She did work briefly as a Private Duty CNA. She was protestant by faith.
Survivors include her husband, Ronald E. Shultz, whom she married April 10, 1978, at home. There are two daughters, Dawn Marie Hinkle of Salem, Ohio and Jennifer Shultz and her companion Mike Grim of East Liverpool, Ohio; along with two sons, Michael Lee Hinkle and his wife, Brittani of Fort Walton Beach, Florida and Jeffrey Shultz and his wife, Yvette of Jane Lew, West Virginia.
She also leaves behind nine grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; and two sisters, Barbara Courtney and her husband, Brian of New Martinsville, West Virginia and Judy Ann Shinn and her husband, Wayne of Punta Gorda, Florida.
Friends may visit the family on Thursday from 3:00 to 6:00 p.m. at the Dawson Funeral Home in East Liverpool, Ohio. Pastor Rico Brown of the Virginia Avenue Church of Christ will officiate a funeral service at 6;00 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.
