Obituary for Victoria Lee Monteiro (Monteiro)
East Liverpool, Ohio- Victoria Lee Monteiro, 53, of Pennsylvania Avenue passed away Saturday, Mach 21, 2020 at 9:44p.m. at her residence following a house fire.
Born December 19, 1966, she was a daughter of the late Andrew A. and Naomi Vanlier Monteiro, Sr. A lifetime area resident, she last worked at the Hilbert Agency in East Liverpool. She was a member of the Greater Faith Family Worship Center where she formerly sang in the choir.
She leaves behind two sisters, Adell Neal and her husband, Michael of Nashville, Tennessee and Melody Monteiro of East Liverpool; and two brothers, Andrew A. Monteiro, Jr. and his wife, Leslie of Midland, Pennsylvania and Antonio F. Monteiro and his wife, Lori of Aliquippa, Pennsylvania. There are several nieces and nephews; and her god daughter, Qhamille Monteiro.
In addition, she leaves behind her longtime companion, Roger Slappy of East Liverpool.
A private memorial service will be held for the family to cherish the memory of Victoria at her brother’s church, the Greater Faith Family Worship Center in Industry, Pennsylvania. A public memorial service will be held at the church at a later date.
