Obituary for William "B.J." Dorsey
WELLSVILLE, OHIO – William “B.J.” Dorsey, 56, of Wellsville passed away Thursday, January 21, 2021 at his home.
B.J. was born in East Liverpool on February 12, 1964. He was a graduate of East Liverpool High School class of 1982. He worked as a cook at TGI Fridays at the Pittsburgh Airport.
Preceding B.J. in death was his father William C. Dorsey.
Left to cherish his memory are his son William J. Dorsey of East Liverpool; daughter Ivy E. Clutter of East Liverpool; Mother Linda G. (Apple) Dorsey of Calcutta; sister Nadene Mead and her husband Michael of East Liverpool; companion Susan Richards of Wellsville, nephew Jonathan Dorsey and his wife Amber of Chester, West Virginia; uncle Gary Apple of California; aunt Cherie Copeland of East Liverpool and many cousins and friends.
Friends may visit at the Dawson Funeral Home on Friday, January 29, 2021 where the family will be present from 4 to 6 p.m. Minister Bruce Cowart will conduct a funeral service Friday 6 p.m. at the funeral home. Burial at Spring Grove Cemetery. In compliance with Ohio state regulations with concerns of the COVID-19 virus masks must be worn at all times in the funeral home.
