William E. “Bill” Kraft, 68
POLAND, OH - William E. “Bill” Kraft, of East Liverpool, passed away Wednesday, August 21, 2019 at the Hospice House in Poland following a lengthy illness. He was 68.
Born in East Liverpool, a son of the late James E. and Mary Wilson Kraft, he worked at the Hall China Company until retiring in 2014. A veteran of the U.S. Army, he was stationed in Germany. He was an avid Pittsburgh Steelers fan and enjoyed going to Mountaineer. Above all things in life, Bill loved his family and especially enjoyed being with his grandchildren.
He is survived by his wife, Brenda Kraft, whom he married April 16, 1987. There are three children: Tracy Kraft, Chris Kraft and his wife, Taunja, and Renea Kraft, all of East Liverpool, as well as two grandchildren: Devin and Kynlee Kraft.
He also leaves four sisters: Laverna M. Quinn of East Liverpool, Mary Lou Pridemore and her husband, Larry, of Texas, Dianna Lynn Parish and her husband, William, of Florida, and Patricia Henson and her husband, Mark, of Alabama, along with four brothers: Gary Kraft and his wife, Cec, of Tennessee, Jimmie Kraft and his wife, Jo, of Mississippi, Frank Kraft of East Liverpool, and Thomas Kraft and his wife, Lydia, of East Liverpool.
Friends may visit Saturday afternoon and evening at the Dawson Funeral Home where the family will be present from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m.
