Betty Ann Keister's Obituary
LISBON, OHIO – Betty Ann Keister, of East Liverpool departed this earth after a lengthy, 97-year sojourn to receive her Victory in Jesus, Tuesday, February 28, 2023.
Preceding Betty in death were her husband, Virgil Keister and daughter Bonnie White.
Left to cherish her memory are her daughter Verne Sweeney and her husband Jim; granddaughter Kerry Napier, her husband Brian and their children, Maxim and Yana; granddaughter, Amy Caudill; grandson, Larry Rice and his daughters, Hali, Jessica, Madison and their children.
