EAST LIVERPOOL, OHIO – Deborah L. Bourne, 66, of East Liverpool passed away on Tuesday, August 15, 2023 at her home with her family by her side.

Debbie was born in Morgantown, WV on July 29, 1957 a daughter of the late James E. and Lucinda (Pitzer) Moats. She enjoyed wood refinishing, sewing, playing bingo and spending time with her grandkids. Debbie was a great wife, mother and grandmother.

Preceding Debbie in death was her husband John R. Bourne, Jr.

Left to cherish her memory are two daughters Jessica K. Bourne and Emily Milliron and her husband Benjamin; eight grandchildren Emma Palmer, Jordan Palmer, Karly Palmer, Michael Palmer II, Jonathan Milliron, Matthew Milliron, Abigail Milliron and LeeAnn Milliron; brother Rodney Moats and his wife Ellen; three sisters Donna Brown, Diane Adkins and Alisa Moats-Sullivan and many nieces and nephews.

Friends may visit at the Dawson Funeral Home on Sunday where the family will be present from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Pastor Norm Eckert of Beechwood Free Methodist Church will conduct a service at the funeral home on Monday at 10 a.m. Burial at Riverview Cemetery.
