East Liverpool, Ohio- Douglas M. Trevor, 56, of Carter Street passed away Thursday, June 30th, 2022 at his residence following a lengthy illness.

Born May 19th, 1966, he was a son of the late John and Betty Sims Trevor. A lifetime area resident, he was retired from the Timet Company in Toronto, Ohio. He was a graduate of East Liverpool High School Class of 1984 and a veteran of the United States Navy during the Beirut crisis.

Doug loved to golf and fish, was an avid fan of the Cleveland Browns, Indians and Cavs, enjoyed reading, listening to music and spending time with his family.

Survivors include one daughter, Alivia K. Trevor of East Liverpool and one son, Shane M. Trevor of East Liverpool.

There is one sister, Nola Dickens and her husband, Jim of Salem, Ohio; one nephew, Ryan Adkins and his wife, Michelle of Leetonia, Ohio; and other nieces and nephews.

Besides his parents, he was also preceded in death by two brothers, Danny "Hoss" Trevor and David Trevor.

Friends may visit the family on Thursday from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m. at the Dawson Funeral Home in East Liverpool, Ohio. Pastor Gary LeMasters will officiate a funeral service at 4:00 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.
