Ethel M. Meek, 92

Negley, Ohio — Ethel M. Meek, 92, of Negley, passed away on Thursday, July 23, 2026, at Windsor House in Columbiana. She was 92 years old.

She was the daughter of the late Albert and Thelma Kirkbride. Ethel graduated from Midland High School before attending the East Liverpool City Hospital School of Nursing, where she earned her nursing degree. As a registered nurse, she spent her career caring for members of her community, providing skilled and compassionate care throughout her years of service.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her first husband, William A. Dunn; her second husband, Gerald Meek; and her sisters, Gladys Mong and Isabel Woodyard.

She is survived by her daughter, Connie Branner and her husband, John; her sons, William Dunn and his wife, Angie, and Weston Meek; and many beloved grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
