EAST LIVERPOOL, OHIO – Franklin F. "Frank" Hubbard, Jr., 80, of Salineville passed away Tuesday, February 22, 2022 at the Orchards of East Liverpool.

Frank was born in East Liverpool, OH on July 10, 1941 a son of the late Franklin and Alma (Smith) Hubbard. He worked at Homer Laughlin as a dipper for forty years. Frank loved to shop for and collect antique toy model cars. He was a member of the VFW, Eagles and GMP Union. Frank was a good person that was always willing to help someone.

Frank was preceded in death by his stepdaughter Jeannie Roudebush.

Left to cherish his memory are his wife of 42 years, whom he married June 23, 1979, Gloria J. (Gardner) Hubbard; children Kimberly Brott and her husband Sanders of Seymour, IN, Kevin Hubbard and his wife Stephany of North Kingsville, OH, Franklin Hubbard of Salineville, Steven Hubbard and his wife Jo-An of Akron and Gloria Morris of Salem; step children Michelle Torchik of Carrollton, Dewayne Garrett of Washingtonville, Christina Parrish and her husband Ray of Wellsville and Troy Huff of Wellsville and many grandchildren, great grandchildren, step grandchildren and step great grandchildren.

A private service will be held at the convenience of the family. Arrangements entrusted to the Dawson Funeral Home.
